My name is Mohsen Jahanshahi, I was educated in North Vancouver at Capilano University and currently enrolled in BCIT studying Business and Marketing. Over the years I have gained experience across several industries, being in the food and beverage and hospitality from the age of 16. I worked in the Royal Bank of Canada, excelling in customer service and systems management. After my years at RBC, I made the decision to move on from the corporate structure to join Pinnacle International as a Restaurant Bar Manager. At Pier 7, a beautiful waterfront seafood restaurant in the heart of Lower Lonsdale, I cultivated a exemplary local following, implemented high bar standards that are upheld to this day and curated a cocktail that was successful and replicated at other locations. Since then I have left the management role, although keeping my role as a bartender, and branched out into the natural health and wellness space.
After several ventures and experiences working in the Greater Vancouver Area as an aspiring entrepreneur, I started Unique Therapeutics with three partners. Unique Therapeutics has now grown into a global company spanning across North America and the European Union providing advanced hemp derived emulsions that improve the daily wellbeing of many patients and recreational users. While covering most aspects of the business, my talent has been and always will be the same – People. My name is Sheldon Semmler, I hold a BBA with a focus in Marketing from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I have spent the past 7 years working in Digital Marketing and Communications. I have worked with several clients from the tech and medical field to winter/summer sports.

Through strategic email marketing and targeted social media ads, I generated over 1000 website visits and raised over $20,000 in online donations.
Currently at WinSport, I refined our content strategy to maintain over 100k in monthly organic post impressions and 4000 engagements. Using a data-driven strategy for paid digital advertising, I have retained a 2400% ROAS through paid Facebook and Google Search/Display advertising. I use a combination of remarketing and lookalike audiences to maximize engagement.
